- Do I need a clear vision for the type of website I want?
- No, you don’t. We’ll conduct thorough consultations to help you bring your ideas to life and create a design that suits your vision.
- How long does the development process take?
- Our standard timeline is approximately 3 months from the time of contract (or payment). If you’re in a hurry, please let us know, and we can discuss expedited options.
- How are the meetings conducted?
- We hold our meetings online via Zoom. We can also communicate by phone or email if preferred; however, we believe that online face-to-face meetings help foster a stronger working relationship.
- Do I need to provide photos or illustrations?
- We typically ask clients to provide the text, photos, and other materials for the website. However, we can source these on your behalf if needed, for an additional fee.
- Are there any types of websites you don’t create?
- We are open to creating sites across a wide range of genres. However, we do not create websites related to pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, illegal content, adult or pornographic material, religious content, or anything that we deem contrary to public order and standards.
- Can you create pages in Japanese?
- Yes, we can! We have team members based in Australia who can handle translations. This service is available for an additional fee.
- Do I need to set up a domain and server by myself?
- We ask that clients handle their own contracts and arrangements for domains and servers. However, if you have any questions about which server to choose, which plan to select, or anything else, we’re here to provide full support. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. If you already have a domain or server, please let us know in advance.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept payments by bank transfer. Please note that the transfer fees are the client’s responsibility.
- What are Hachidori Design's areas of expertise and strengths?
- Our team includes members with backgrounds in the wedding industry, real estate, and beauty services, including a former hairstylist and nail technician, so we specialize in these fields. Additionally, as our team are all mums raising children, we have valuable insights that can be especially helpful for mum entrepreneurs or businesses related to children.
- Is an after-support available?
- Yes, we offer free support for 1 month after completing the project. After that period, additional support, updates, and maintenance are available for a fee. Please feel free to discuss the details with us.
- I’m not familiar with web-related matters and am unsure how to place an order.
- No problem at all! We’re here to guide you through the process and explain anything that’s unclear. You can rely on us to make recommendations and provide options, so please feel free to reach out.
